By making a booking with Daina Jurmala Beach Hotel & SPA, you accept the terms below. These apply alongside the cancellation policy of your chosen rate, which is shown at the time of booking.
Bookings are confirmed by email. Payment is taken either at the time of booking (non-refundable rates) or on arrival. We accept major credit cards, cash in EUR, and bank transfer for groups and conferences.
The cancellation policy applicable to your booking is shown at the time of booking and is repeated in your confirmation email. Flexible rates may typically be cancelled up to 24 hours before arrival. Non-refundable rates cannot be modified or refunded. Group bookings (10+ rooms) and conference bookings are subject to specific contractual terms.
Check-in from 14:00, check-out by 12:00. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur an additional charge.
Daina Jurmala Beach Hotel & SPA carries appropriate liability insurance for guests on the premises. The hotel is not liable for items left unattended in public areas or for damage to vehicles parked on the property. A safe is provided in each room for valuables.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Latvia.
